Party planners today are looking for a secure and easy way to hire event services online. Here are some quick tips on how to manage your profile and follow-up on hot gig leads!

We’ve found that 1 in 3 bookings go to the vendor who replies first. So we recommend that you create Saved Responses to save time when quoting. Make sure to greet the client by first name, and customize your message to reflect the event type.

If you don’t hear back within 24 hours, we encourage you to follow-up with a message and/or phone call. We also highly recommend you enroll in our Online Payment system, opt into Text Message Leads, and download the “Leads by GigMasters” mobile app.
